Data readiness audit

We assess your databases, spreadsheets and third-party feeds. You receive a written report listing data gaps, quality issues and a recommended cleaning plan. Typical turnaround is ten working days.
Monthly retainer
£1,500 / month
Ongoing model monitoring, drift alerts and one retraining cycle per month. Includes up to eight hours of engineering time for minor improvements or bug fixes. Unused hours do not roll over.
Day-rate consulting
£950 / day
Need an ML engineer for a sprint, a code review or a workshop with your developers? Book individual days. Minimum booking is two consecutive days. Travel expenses within Scotland are included; England and Wales billed at cost.
Compliance review

We document your model's decision logic, bias metrics and data-handling procedures in a format suitable for ICO enquiries or internal audit. Useful for regulated industries such as finance and insurance.
How a project runs
From first call to live model, here is what to expect at each stage.

Discovery call
90 minutes on video. We learn about your data, your goals and your constraints. You learn whether AI is the right tool and, if so, which approach fits.

Proposal and scope
Within five working days you receive a written proposal: deliverables, timeline, price and success criteria. Nothing starts until you sign.

Build and iterate
We work in weekly sprints. At the end of each sprint you see a demo and give feedback. If the model is not accurate enough, we adjust features, retrain and test again.

Deploy and monitor
We push the model to your chosen environment, wire up monitoring and hand over documentation. If you have a retainer, we watch performance and retrain as needed.
