Our office sits in Great Davis, a short drive west of the city centre. If you prefer to meet in person, let us know when you submit the form and we will suggest a time. We can also arrange video calls via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, whichever your organisation uses.

How long does a typical AI project take?
Most projects move from kick-off to a working prototype in three to five weeks. Production deployment, including integration testing and monitoring setup, usually adds another two to four weeks. Very large datasets or complex regulatory requirements can extend that timeline, and we will flag it during the discovery call.
Do we need to share our raw data with you?
Not necessarily. For clients who cannot move data off-premises, we can work inside your cloud tenancy or on-site infrastructure. We sign a data processing agreement before accessing any personal or commercially sensitive data, and our team holds current Cyber Essentials Plus certification.
What if we do not have clean, structured data yet?
That is actually the most common starting point. Around half of our engagements begin with a data-readiness assessment where we audit what you have, clean and normalise it, and build an ingestion pipeline. This work typically takes two to three weeks and often reveals quick wins you can act on immediately.
Can you work with our existing IT team?
Yes. We collaborate closely with in-house developers and DevOps engineers. We document everything, use standard tooling (Git, Docker, Terraform) and hand over full source code at the end of each engagement. If your team wants to maintain the model themselves after launch, we run a two-day knowledge-transfer workshop.
What happens after the model goes live?
We offer quarterly retainer plans that cover model monitoring, drift detection and retraining. If accuracy drops below the threshold we agreed at the start, we retrain on fresh data and redeploy. You can also opt for ad-hoc support billed at our standard day rate.
